APRIL 24TH - INFO SESSION
JOIN US on Thursday, April 24th, for a live informational Zoom presentation hosted by CareMedica Elite! Zoom link will be provided upon request,
JUNE 2ND - INITIAL DEPOSIT
This non-refundable $50 deposit confirms your spot on the trip and will be applied toward your total balance. Initial deposits are due by June 2nd.
JUNE 22ND - MAIN DEPOSIT
Your main deposit of $2,600 is due by June 22nd. This main deposit secures your place and activates your booking status.
SEPTEMBER 22ND - FINAL BALANCE
The remaining balance of $6,244 is due by September 22nd, 2025. Full payment must be completed by this date or travelers will be ineligible to travel.
