Dr. Eric Freitas, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician dedicated to comprehensive, preventive, and lifestyle-focused care. Dr. Freitas earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, followed by his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s University in 2013. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2016, gaining hands-on experience across multiple healthcare settings that shaped his holistic approach to primary care. Having lived in nine states and traveled extensively across the U.S., Dr. Freitas brings a broad perspective informed by diverse regional healthcare environments.

Throughout his career, Dr. Freitas has practiced in large healthcare systems, telemedicine platforms, and concierge medicine, consistently integrating emerging clinical knowledge into his practice.
